We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager with a Master's degree in Management to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business dynamics and the ability to view our products and services from an external market perspective before aligning them internally. This role emphasizes strategic thinking over tactical execution, focusing on evaluating and enhancing our digital presence in conjunction with all company teams.!


Responsibilities: 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that prioritize market understanding and customer insights
  • Digital Presence Evaluation: Assess and enhance our company overall digital footprint in the market
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of strategies
  • Business Insight: Provide informed recommendations based on market data to influence product development and business strategies
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry developments to position our company as a market leader


Tell us about your:

  • Master's degree in Management or a related field
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles with the ability to think from an outside-in perspective.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across various departments
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach
  • Technical Knowledge: While not the focus, a basic understanding of digital marketing tools is beneficial
  • Availability to work in Alfragide
