Are you a savvy Process Manager seeking a new challenge in a dynamic team of developers? We want to know more about you!

 Tell us about your:

  • experience in process design and management and associated reporting
  • experience in the management of initiatives to implement process improvements
  • ability to report results of initiatives
  • experience working with the ITIL framework and the most common practices (Problem management, Change enablement, Service configuration management, Incident management, …)
  • experience in IT projects is mandatory
  • knowledge of BPMN, Agile and LEAN methodologies is mandatory
  • knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices
  • willing to work 2 days per week in the office
