We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Business Manager to join our management team in Porto (hybrid work model). 

We count on you to:
- business prospecting and attraction of new customers
- have strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
- build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
- continuous management of the customer's portfolio
- develop and implement strategies for business grow
- monitoring business metrics
- attract IT talent, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates 


For that, you must:
- face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
- be someone who likes to be challenged every day
- develop your emotional intelligence and leadership skills
- ability to communicate in English
